Memos
Usage

Search & Archive

Search by content and metadata, then archive or restore older memos.

Use search to narrow memos by:

  • content text
  • tags
  • visibility
  • time range
  • richer saved filters and shortcuts

Search works best when you keep memo titles, headings, and tags consistent.

Archive

Archived memos are kept but hidden from the main timeline. Use archiving when a memo is still worth keeping but no longer belongs in active daily views.

Typical archive workflow:

  • archive finished projects or stale references
  • restore a memo when it becomes relevant again
  • combine archive review with search when looking for older material

Public sharing and discovery

Search and visibility work together. Public memos are discoverable more broadly than private ones, so review content carefully before publishing and use PRIVATE or PROTECTED when the memo is not meant for open access.
