Usage
Inbox
Track comments and mentions on your memos from a single notification center.
The inbox is your notification center for collaboration activity. It collects events that involve you so you don't have to revisit memos to find replies.
What shows up
The inbox surfaces two kinds of notifications:
- Comments — someone commented on one of your memos
- Mentions — someone mentioned you with
@in a memo or comment
Each row shows the sender, what they did, a snippet of the relevant content, and a timestamp. The inbox icon in the navigation rail carries an unread-count badge so new activity is visible from anywhere in the app.
Reading and filtering
Open the inbox to see notifications newest-first. A tab bar filters the list:
- All — every notification
- Unread — notifications you haven't opened yet
- Archived — notifications you've cleared
Clicking a notification opens the related memo or comment and marks the notification read.
Managing notifications
- Archive an unread notification to clear it without opening the memo
- Delete a read or archived notification to remove it permanently
- notifications that can no longer resolve their memo show a "failed to load" row that you can delete
Good habits
- skim Unread regularly so mentions and comments don't pile up
- archive notifications once you've acted on them to keep the list focused
- pair the inbox with reactions and comments as your main collaboration loop
