Update Memo

UpdateMemo updates the memo fields listed in update_mask. Requires the memo creator or an instance administrator.

Required. The fields to update. Supported paths: content, visibility, space, pinned, state, create_time, update_time, location, attachments, relations.

Memo is a Markdown note written by a user.

name?string

Identifier. The resource name of the memo, where memo is the user-defined UID. Format: memos/{memo}

space?string

Optional. The space in which the memo is placed. Every memo, including a comment, owns its placement independently. Format: spaces/{space}

content*string

Required. The content of the memo in Markdown. Must not exceed the instance's content length limit.

location?

Optional. The location of the memo.

visibility*string

Required. The visibility of the memo. Defaults to PRIVATE on creation when unspecified. SPACE requires the memo to be placed in a space.

Required. The state of the memo. New memos are always NORMAL; change it with UpdateMemo.

pinned?boolean

Optional. Whether the memo is pinned. Ignored on creation; change it with UpdateMemo.

Optional. The attachments of the memo. Setting it replaces the full set.

Optional. The relations of the memo in both directions. Only REFERENCE relations can be set; COMMENT relations are output only.

createTime?string

Optional. The creation time. Defaults to the current time when unset on creation.

Optional. The last update time. Defaults to the current time when unset on creation.

SetMemoRelations replaces the full set of mutable REFERENCE relations on a memo. COMMENT relations are immutable creation context and are rejected by this RPC. An empty list clears references without changing COMMENT. Requires the memo creator or an instance administrator.

Upsert Memo Reaction

UpsertMemoReaction adds or updates the authenticated user's reaction on a memo. Requires read access to the memo.
